Services

Every engagement starts with a conversation, so I understand the business before suggesting anything. I don't publish prices because the right scope depends on the business.

Positioning Sprint

For
Owners who can't yet say clearly who they serve and why someone should choose them.
What we do
We work through who you serve, what you offer them, why it matters to them, how the business presents itself today, and where to focus for growth.
What you get
A one-page positioning summary, and plain-language messaging you can use on your website and in sales conversations.
Format
Agreed in your written scope. For solo operators there's also a single-session version.

Business and Process Review

For
Owners who sense things get dropped, or that the business depends on them too much.
What we look at
How leads become customers, how work gets delivered, and where handoffs, tools and routines let things slip.
What you get
A short written readout covering what's working, and a ranked list of what to fix first.
Format
Agreed in your written scope.

Ongoing Advisor

For
Owners who have done one of the above and want help putting it into practice.
What we do
A monthly session to work through the list, set priorities and decide what comes next.
Format
Monthly, by agreement.
Also

Sales help

For
Owners who know what they offer but find selling it hard, or who are doing all the selling themselves.
What we do
Work on how you find and open sales conversations, how you follow up, and how you answer the questions buyers ask.
Format
An add-on to a Positioning Sprint, Business and Process Review or Ongoing Advisor.

How an engagement starts

  1. A short conversation to see whether I can help.
  2. A written scope: what we'll do, what you'll get and how long it takes.
  3. The work.
  4. The written output, and a conversation about next steps.

What I don't promise

I don't promise results. They depend on what you do with the work and on things neither of us controls. What I do give you is a straight assessment and a clear plan.

Start with a conversation.
